Steering Module?

Two hours into a six hour turnpike trip the cruise control shut down and warning lights came on - AND the steering wheel tilted about 25 deg. to the right! Steering was maintained but the wheel was not level. Cruise would come back on for about 4 minutes. MB dealer replaced the Steering Control module in my 2014 E350, and all seemed well, BUT now there is a stutter or chatter upon any slow acceleration sounding from the rear of the car and I can feel it in the drivers seat. This chatter or stumble can occur at any speed. Tires are new and alignment perfect. Would there be any thoughts on whether these issues were related.

Thanks,

Update - MB replaced the steering module and all seems well. This resolved the steering and the warning light issues. They believed that the "shuttering" felt in the floor was coming from the torque converter. MB did a software update to it, but it has not resolved the shuttering, happens upon light acceleration. Taking it back again. still about 3,000 mi. left on the warranty. Hope this is not a major mechanical issue.
