Mercedes benz a200, 2015 model Anti-theft activated

I have a Mercedes benz a200 2015 model which I have replaced the whole engine. After replacement I had gone on test drive with a car without any problem. Later when I tried to change the battery to install a new one, I got a message "Anti-theft Protection activated. Please Consult your Mercedes-Benz workshop.
Since this message, I can not start the car anymore.
Anyone with a solution to this please. patridge
