Can I Change How The Car Behaves In Manual Mode?
Hello!
So whenever i drive my cars, I enjoy driving more in Manual mode. In my bmw (and audi too), i like how i can put it in manual and floor it, and the second i hit the (+), it shifts gears. In the E class, if i floor it, the car won't let me to shift whenever i want, and will rev to the red zone before shifting itself.
Also, another thing i noticed is that when i floor the e class, shiftings are much faster than if i shift myself.
Some of you might say that the E class isnt meant ti be driven that way but thats just how i like to drive when I'm alone.
Bottom line, is there something i can do so that the second i click the upshift paddle, even when im flooring it, the car upshifts, and not wait for the computer to determine that if it upshifts later on at a higher RPM I'll get a faster acceleration?

What engine you are talking about?
I tried it few times on my 250 BT and manual shifting will redline the engine, when computer will do it sooner with pedal to the metal.
Than redlining not always mean the fastest acceleration.

I wish they'd could or would write a tune for it. The shifting performance is the only thing i'm not crazy about with my car....
