Asking all gurus: Can 2012 CLS 63 ECU with Renntech tune be cloned to fit 2014 E550 4Matic?

No. It will not work.

edit. The ecu itself may be able to be programmed for the car if part numbers match (I have no idea), but there would be zero benefit of having the renntech tune vs any other functional blank ecu....
