No Sound
Hello Guys,
I have a 2011 E350 Coupe.. Recently, my radio went completely out(no sound).... It went from one day having sound, and the next day nothing... Has anyone else experienced this... Please help.. Thanks

Is everything working on the comand screen otherwise? I would try a hard rest of comand by pressing in on the power button until it cuts off. Don't release button until the screen snaps to black. Then it should reboot.

Have your dealership check the connecting wires to the antenna on the roof. Mine did the same thing about a week after I got it, and after resetting everything, replacing the command unit, and various tests, they finally decided to drop the headliner and see if everything was still plugged in... For some reason, a loose/pinched wire up there can kill all sound, yet everything else works the same.. Hopefully that is what you have going wrong, because it is a really simple fix as long as they know where to look.
