How to silence beeping sounds on engine start
anyone know how to silence the loud 5 beeps when you first start the engine? You know..... when you first start your car, I think it's something like a seat belt reminder....

Manually remove and disconnect all of your speakers from around the car. Then reconnect after you've started.
The chime/beep is played through the sound system. Unfortunately it is not like an old Chevy where you could just wrap some duct tape around the little speaker under the dash..

Go to junk yard and get seat belt buckle.
Put it in your socket and you fool the system.
One of the members had constant problem with warning from passenger seat that was acting with his bag on it.
The buckle solved the problem.

First time in my life I see buckle extender, but if it works, why not?

If you've seen an airline preflight safety demonstration, you've actually seen a seat belt extender.... The demo seat belt the cabin crew uses is actually an extender for weight-challenged passengers. Hopefully I'll never need to ask for one!

Why in earth would someone drive a car without wearing the seat belt?
Yes, it is a free world, don't give me that crap.
