Not sure if this applies to your car, take a look and see if it's the same as there were some changes in the face lift, but probably not that much.

I took mine to my dealer (same model as yours) and mentioned it casually. I was shocked when the service rep said, “oh don’t worry. Leave it with me for a few days and we’ll drop a whole new roof in for you.” That’s right. You read correctly. Turns out it’s a known issue on this model year. They also ended up replacing my subwoofer for free after the echo heard something weird.
My roof would sound like it was shattering anytime I drove into my driveway.

you need to drop the headliner and tighten the 4 cross brace screws. Follow the workshop manual and it easy, just time consuming because you have to remove A LOT of trim.
WORD OF ADVICE! apply blue/red thread locker otherwise you will have to do it again in a few months!! I first took it apart and just tightened the screws, 4 months later it came back. Next time I used thread locker and no more clacking or popping in nearly 3 years now!
