Exclamation "Circuit C30g Has a Malfunction"

Hello,

I have an issue with my 2011 E350 convertible where the Airscarf neck heaters on both sides don't work. The diagnostic test shows "A159 - Circuit 30g has a malfunction." Anyone know what I should check or where I can get a troubleshooting guide for this?

From what I remember, the wires going to the fuse box in the trunk had melted and shorted the air scarf. The problem was near the fuse box. Apparently this is a fairly common design flaw as the wire gauge is not thick enough for what the airscarf requires.
