My 2011 E550 (AMG, P1, P2 pkgs) is garage kept and driven mostly on weekends only. After about 3 days in the garage, the car is damned near sitting on the floor! Is this normal? Does my suspension have an air leak?

That could be an early sign of trouble to come but who knows when. IIRC the test for airmatic failure is a drop of a certain distance overnight or a 24 hour period. I used to keep a tape measure near my car to measure the height on Friday and again on Sunday. I would typically see about a 0.5 inch drop over a couple of days. You might want to take some measurements to see how bad it is. Here are some other threads to check out - more on this subject as well.
