New owner 2011 E350 4 matic 106k

Hi all, over this passed weekend I bought a 2011 E350 with 106k miles on in. The car is reasonably in good shape with some expected wear and tear. I have two issues that I discover so far:
- there is a smell of burning oil coming from back of engine and when car is hot it smokes a little, what could that leak be, engine cooler?
- another is a noise coming from passenger from tire when going over bumps and uneven surfaces, kind of like a bad shocks but they are new, my guess is stabilizer link or maybe some bushing.
Would appreciate any input on the issues above.

Also, best site to get good part for MEBE.
thanks

Congrats on your purchase!

now the first issue with burning oil smell could be related to a camshaft sensor/rubber covers

and

the clunking part is a control arm (lower/upper) bushing
or ball joints......usually.
so just check your front end suspension/steering parts.
shouldnt be too hard to find out why.

Welcome, I've got the same car, but just under 60k. As mentioned the only way to verify your specific issues is to look at the related conponents. For suspected leaks clean the area and then observe again after some run time. Suspension needs to be looked at usually with load off the car so you can move things to look for broken or deteriorated parts.
FCP Euro is one source for parts, careful shopping on Rockauto can yield some results. There are also some online dealer stores that are reasonable on cost. Especially on these cars but it seems more and more on all cars there is an increasing quality gap on oem vs aftermarket.

Thanks, will check all. Not so much worried about the suspension as it might be an easy find and fix, but oil leak worries me a little.
