2010 Mercedes E250 CGI
RPM bounces for about 2 minutes after AC is switched on when engine is hot
This is E250 CGI 2010. AC works fine when engine is cold. But when engine is hot, it takes about 2 minutes to blow cold air. Meanwhile, the rpm bounces like the car is trying to engage the AC but can't. I have attached the video. Can anyone please suggest whats wrong with it. Thanks in advanced

Take the belt of and try to turn compressor by hand - feeling any unusual resistance and noise.
Did you check the car for codes?
The fluctuation can also be result of bad engine tune, that AC load amplifies.
Might take some time to troubleshoot, but start with basic engine checking.
