E350 4Matic Wagon
Satellite Radio

I have a new to me 2015 E350 Wagon and have paid for a Sirius XM subscription. All was going well until the radio went in to “updating channels” mode which effectively locks me out of changing channels and seems to be stuck there - it hasn’t come out of that mode for an hour. It’s analogous to having your home computer display the dreaded spinning beachball. Has anyone else experienced this and how do you fix it? I’ve had XM on other cars for 10 years and have never had this problem. Thanks, Chris.

Get them to send a refresh signal. But who knows, could be anything.

Anyway, on the subscription, I normally just do the $30 for 6 months. You can call anytime and they'll prorate it for you.

Try resetting, press the "ON" button of the COMAND for about 10 seconds this will perform a soft reset.
