Activating ventilated seats in Vediamo

Are your ventilated seats not working at all? The switches are dead when you press them? Are the heated seats working?

Hello.
The heating buton works, the leds turn on and the seats get hot. The ventilation butts does not work, the led does not light up. In Xentry, i can not find an option to check the buton itself, and in Vediamo option to activate the saat ventilation option. You need to acces the 401 equipment code. It's just that i do not know where to look for it.
