W213 diamond grille in fl w212

does any one know if they are the same dimensions? I have a 2014 e350 and wanted to do the swap but not able to find any info thanks 👍

W222 S550e, C207 E550, W212 E350

Not sure if they are the same size but my guess is no. There is always aftermarket options for the W212 to get the diamond grille though
