Your nick sounds Greek. Would that be explanation for mats design?
You might have hard time to find US buyer for them, but lot of mats can be used on different MB model. Might not fit perfectly, but will work even on different class car.
What I am getting to is, that if you like such design, you might keep it for future car.

I wouldn't be surprised to see mats like that in a car 8,000 miles away. If you love it, go for it!
