Transmission issue ??

When driving off from standstill, before changing to second gear, the car will push forward, feels like a gear change, but its not. It will push and than it will change gear. That happens only from 1st to 2nd.
Oils and services were done. No improvement.

Prob your torque converter locking up - it is pretty aggressive on the 7G Tronic compared to other autos I have driven and I think it can lock up in all forward gears but is only really noticeable in takeoff gear. Does it typically happen ~2500-3000 RPM? Automatics have some torque converter "slip" built in but then lock the torque converter for basically a direct drive (like a manual when the clutch is fully engaged) for efficiency when conditions are just right.

It happens more like @1500.
The main dealer, which is the only Mercedes approved repair shop in the city, said they need the car for another 2 hours to see if they can find the problem. Its was there for a day about 2 weeks ago, they couldnt find anything through diagnostics.
All was good. Engine, trans, injectors etc.

Try the transmission relearn. Can't hurt, might help.
