Replace bumper trim without removing bumper
I have a 2011 E350 Sport that I'm getting ready to sell. Some of the bumper trim was damaged by the previous owner's gravel driveway (apparently, it's half a mile long and he liked to drive down it rather fast - seriously, look at the chips on that bumper!).
I'm looking to finally fix the two trim pieces that were damaged (pics), but can't figure out how to do so without removing the bumper. All forum and google searches have been inconclusive. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

The bumper has to come off. Mine is broken too and a friend who is a Mercedes tech told me that as well as if you try to fix it without the bumper off you’ll either break the grille of crack the bumper.
That’s why I haven’t done it yet
