The bluetooth works for incoming calls and saves some frequently used numbers on it's hard drive(I believe). The address book will not load, and the 'text' field is grayed out. Incoming calls only display the telephone number on the screen. Dropping the car off at the Dealer tomorrow after they were stumped during a quick drop-in visit today. This is a recent development for a Nexus 6 phone which has worked fine for almost 4 years. Don't believe it's a phone or cache issue but looking for any advice before leaving it at the shop.
