Cluster display settings
I've got a 2016 E400 and I was wondering if there's a way to configure the display to show the speed as well as temperature and odometer?

I found this image online of a 2014, so it apparently is possible on that model year, but I can only find settings to change the temperature to speed, and even then it only lets me set it to MPH, but my car is Canadian and everything is in KPH...
