Great Service at Local MB Dealer...
With one week left before our 2015 E400's 4 yr orig factory warranty is up, went to dealer to have battery checkup & Nav update.
Service Advisor called 2 hours later, said battery has low voltage, so they replaced for free, & Nav updated.
Got our vehicle back, we checked the Nav version, it still shows 2014/2015 (V 12.0) N America version. Informed Advisor. He checked & said Sorry, new version is NTG4.5 Command & costs $99, will take an hour to install. I asked any extra cost for installation? He said No, the $99 is for the cost of install labor. An hour later, got our car back & checked, new Version 2019 (V19.0) was installed. Advisor said Don't worry about the cost, it's Free. So both new battery & Nav update were totally free since we brought it in before the 4 yr warranty expired.
