Changing E350 CDI for E500 CGI

I`m about to change my `09 E350 CDI for a `09 E500 CGI w207 both of them.

Any Advice what to check?
I know there been some problems with M273 but they`ve solved them back in time. There been also a recall for them.
Any toughs are welcome.
