Where is the rear ride level sensor and linkage located, does anyone have pictures of this?

My model is a right-hand drive car.

Hope that helps

Can that sensor be removed if the wheel was taken off or only from underneath?

Front one is easier to remove. No need to remove wheel, just jack up high enough for your body clearance.
Rear one I don't know with certainty, but unless your hand is small and long, its looks kinda crowded.
As for the connector connecting point of these sensors to the car wiring assy, i never checked where it goes to.
Good luck

Front one is already installed as of yesterday. I have to install the rear one still. I wasn’t sure since I never put one in on a 212 before. Only on 211s.

ohh, you are not doing replacement/repair and instead installing a new one as option ?
Bear in mind I am on a right hand drive version, you are on a left hand drive version. I don't know if for your version the sensors would be opposite to mine, or would be the same,
FRONT is left side. REAR is also right side. My version.

Correct, retrofitting it for dynamic LED headlights, but the direction of the sensor isn’t my issue
