2011 E250 CDI DPF replacement procedure

Does someone have a link to a video or a manual on how to replace the DPF on a 2011 E250? Searching the web results in removal/delete discussions. My car started going into limp mode. I took it to the local service and the diag tool reported a DPF error code. They recommend deleting it but I would like to try cleaning it first. I'm looking for the service procedure on how to remove it and replace it, to see if it's something I can do myself.

I removed DPF on my 2014 E250 Bluetec, what I believe is the same engine and it was child's play.
But before removal, what was the code?
Did you try to force regeneration with a scanner? What sot level it shows?

I don't know the code or any other details. We didn't try to force a regeneration. They were very busy at the shop but being a friend of a friend he agreed to do a quick scan. All the guy said was that the DPF needs cleaning, replacing or deleting.
I found a video on how to remove it:
They didn't show a critical moment. When he's under the car and disconnects the DPF from the rest of the exhaust, does it come out or did he remove the whole exhaust to be able to remove it?
The car has almost 200k km on it. I bought it used with about 120k. I'm doing 80% highway driving. I don't know how the previous owner used it but I didn't expect the DPF to crap out this soon. Could it be the pressure sensor? Is there a way to test it?

Mine car had flexible exhaust connections, so everything moved nicely aside without future removal.
You car might be different, but still why do you jump big guns without making small steps in troubleshooting?

As above troubleshoot first , dpf pressure sensors are a common issue .
