Prefer Quartz Blue, Diamond White, or Pearl Beige exterior colors...no exterior dark colors pa-lease. Also prefer light-mid color interiors, has always garaged and with lower miles (-40k) and in excellent condition. Closer to Tucson, AZ would be a bonus. Please PM: 77tony

2015 E400 and 2015 GLK350
In the range of 2010 through 2014, you will only find E350's. The E400's didn't hit the lots until the 2015 model year. If you are willing to go that new, the E400 increases the "fun factor" enormously.

Thanks for the heads up Steve and have deleted "E400" from title^^. Wife currently has a 2011 E350 Coupe (avatar pic) that she loves and previously had a 2012 Diamond White E350 sedan and a 2014 Paladium Silver E350 sedan. We prefer the styling of the MY2010-2013's. Yes the extra juice with the 400's and E63's would be nice but not needed. Have a long term project that's coming home soon...a 1979 Porsche 928 with a LS3/550hp/6spd conversion...this will fulfill the "fun factor" you mentioned^^

I see you installed "Hot air dust injector" on your project, so main question is what are your DIY skills.
Buying MB who closes on 10 years, regardless low mileage always brings the question if you can keep up with maintenance by yourself, or will you face hosing at stealerships.

Yes the current^^intake is temporary. While running a on the road lap-top tune we noticed the intake temps were a bit high. Will be designing/fabbing up a cool air intake before this 928 hits the road again. As for purchasing 10+ year old MB's, maintenence history is key. Used to have a fully equipped 3,200 sq ft shop in TX with MB software, tools, lifts, etc., where we performed maintenance on ours and a friends vehicles. Downsized after moving to Tucson 1.5 years ago and have found a good indy shop nearby that's reasonably priced. Wife & I are now retired and put approximately 4,000 miles on each of the 3 vehicles per year. Just wrapping up a display garage in the back of the house for when the 928 gets back home...other two vehicles are in the garage up front. T

Kitchen looks messy for my taste, but looks like you are going to need 1 of those lift for your garage.
I am just pointing that modern cars are not as bulletproof as old ones and relaying on the garage can go only so far.
Good luck with your search.

Have my eye on an AC single post drive on lift for the new space. May install one later...or not. T
