Hi, starting to get worried AGAIN. There is a heated seat marking on the front seat of the car. Its like an outline on the bottom cushion. Should I be concerned?
Safety concern If your VIN is before A703331 reference attached bulletin LI91.30-P-054637 and request goodwill replacement of seat heater. Original installed at production is defective and should be replaced with modified part.

Unfortunately your VIN is not within range nevertheless, I would be concerned. IMHO seat heater should be replaced. Discuss bulletin with service manager emphasizing safety concern possibly dealer will offer goodwill assistance consider replacing both 2128203198 (105 in diagram) & perimeter 2129064002 (100).

I'm dealing with Mercedes Canada and they're only willing to pay 25% of the part for the subwoofer + Labour ($1250) as you replied to my other post (Thank you, much appreciated) But no one in Mercedes Canada seems to care, how can I talk to them about this, its very frustrating. Considering the fact they don't care about this, how do they have the mindset to fix this as well. Along with those issues: I've noticed the steering wheel having this strange waviness, and wood bubbling on the sides. And also just noticed the passenger side has this issue as well. Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just got this car a little over two weeks ago. There is no return for it.

How should i bring the situation up with the manager?
Since MB Canada is not offering much check with https://www.tc.gc.ca/en/services/roa...al-defect.html emphasizing safety defect “wiring problem that may lead to burning seat or worse, a fire” request their assistance to intervene with MB Canada. Ultimately you would like heating/cushions to both seats replaced.
