15 e250 oil level

Have a 15 e250, still under warranty until December.
75000km on it.

After 8000 km checked oil, and it's hitting 2/3 full, one line below max level.

Is that normal? Or excessive oil loss?

2nd issue when I start the car the dashboard said coolant is low, and then goes away in few minutes.

Also coolant looks red, do I need some special Mercedes spec or any red coolant will work?

Add cup of distillate water to coolant.
All engines burn oil when working, so level dropping down is normal.
MB engine usually can run between changes without oil addition, but adding a bootle between, just to refresh chem and detergent pack is advised.
Anyway single oil level check is not saying much, so report back when you do more checking.

I would be much much more concerned about your oil level rising in a diesel (which could indicate diesel fuel making its way into your oil). I wouldn't worry too much at all about slightly lower oil level - especially if you didn't check it when they changed it to see the original level.
