Just a fyi to check your local dealer site as I saw a couple of LA dealer sites are having this special. I didn't see any coupon code when I click on it. It just went to schedule service on the dealers' I click. Thought it might help some of you guys/gals to get the holiday spirit going.

Well the fine print is going to disqualify me. The coupon I received required you not to have had your car serviced at a dealer in the last 13 months. Oh and of course the A service is $299.

 

I got the coupon. Services had to schedule now until Jan 2/2020.

 

My coupon arrived in the mail yesterday. I wonder if I can have a "repair" (P0705) done on my 2001 C320? Or is it just for "maintenance" on the E-Class noted in the coupon?

 

Had my car serviced last 12/28/18 so the 1/2/2020 does me no good with the 13 month requirement

 

Just had my 2012 ML350 transmission services + spark plugs replacement (not by mileages (60K), but by time over 7 years) just a couple months ago (over $1k, including 10% discount), Recommend to have the rear brake pads replace (even the brake warning light not come on yet), that $410.00 + tax (minus 10% discount I always get). I will schedule the brake services before the end of the year to use the $150 coupon from MB Facebook. Intend to use the MB indies for the rear brake services, but I will not save anything with $150.00 MB Winter services promotion. I hope that the bill will be around $300 out the door. I always get a loaner with any services usually C class or GLC300, the last time I asked for the 2020 GLE350, but they do not have any GLE I have to get a 2019 C300 loaner.

 

Bummer! Had my car serviced at dealership on Dec. 18. Asked about coupons and so forth. They discounted $301 service $25.
Based on this thread I had earlier contacted MBUSA and their reply it was up to the dealerships.
Today I received a mailer supposedly from the dealership, but the return address is a company in Florida. $100 off a $250 service.
Contacted the dealership SM and left a VM.
Interestingly, I have not received the MBUSA service survey yet, not have I completed a dealerrater.com review yet.

Got a reply from the service "director." Apologized for me getting the gift certificate 12 days after getting the service. Would not refund the
$75.00 difference, but will discount my next service for $75.00. That would be next December, assuming I still have the car and/or use them again.
