Might be bypass for Webasto heater, but why do you care? You will find lot of loose plugs and connectors on those cars for options that you don't have.

The reason why i am asking about it, its because it wasn't there before...I am pretty sure of it.
As i have found that hose came from intake manifold. I am trying to find out, does it connect to somewhere ? or it stays like that ?
