As i was cleaning Engine bay. I just found a capped hose.

And i traced it back up, and Looks like it is coming from air intake manifold.


Here is another picture shows where its from.


Any idea why this is capped ?

This is cabin heater hose?
Might be bypass for Webasto heater, but why do you care? You will find lot of loose plugs and connectors on those cars for options that you don't have.

I'm thinking if ya bought your car used, maybe it's something the previous owner kludged and you may want to fix.....

The reason why i am asking about it, its because it wasn't there before...I am pretty sure of it.

As i have found that hose came from intake manifold. I am trying to find out, does it connect to somewhere ? or it stays like that ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!
