I put a Foxwell NT510 that registers a bad Electronic Level Control - 2. Yes, you need new air springs like fc3 says. Your car is of age to need them. My car has 4 air springs and I just replaced all of them a couple months ago.
Rear springs are like $280/piece + installation that can be free if you do it yourself. In my car it was very easy job.
