E350 2014 with windshield fluid issue
I have a E350 2014 with windshield fluid issue. I decided to fix it myself and used the jack and removed the front tire and front fender to get access the water tank. There was no leak at the water tank but I find the hose from pump to whipper has a small cut with a hose heating wire (heat trace) came a little bit out of the hose cut and semi broken. I tried to start the wipers and windshield pump to see how I can fix it. But they are not working at all. They were working before I start the repair and I wonder if being on jack causing the wiper and pump not to work. I checked the fuses and there is nothing wrong. Please advise?
