Where is the Auxiliary Input on my 2012 E350?

Apparently they changed the COMMAND during the model year and my COMMAND manual does not match what I have in the center console. For example, my manual shows several jack inputs, including AUX, next to the CD slot but mine has none. However, my COMMAND still allows me to select an AUX audio input.

Mine is in my glovebox. A small cable harness plugs into the upper left and has aux and iPod connectors.

No connectors or plugs at all in my glove box

I have some USB connectors in my center console but no audio AUX jack.

Unfortunately, I found this answer in the 2013 E350 COMMAND manual although mine is a 2012:
"You can connect an external audio source
(AUX) to COMAND. You will find the socket in
the center console stowage compartment.
If COMAND is equipped with the Media
Interface, external audio sources are
connected using the cable set provided. An
AUX socket is not provided. The connections
for the Media Interface are located in the
stowage compartment in the center console."
My 2012 apparently has the Media interface although it is not described in my 2012 COMMAND manual
