Air injection/emission/vacuum hoses
Please need your help finding these Vacuum hoses for a replacement , i know i probably could just buy silicone hoses of rockauto , but i spent some time on looking for OEM ones where i could just replace them , but im only finding a kit for m112 engine and not for m272/273 engine.
maaaaaaaybe im not looking for the right name but.. yeah.
My Secondary air pump is done , and throwing a CEL code , after diagnostics i found that the pump is dead(applied direct 12v and it does nothing)
but while im at it(replacing the pump) i would like to change my cracked hoses and vacuum lines.
If you have some kind of info or help on finding the right hoses/lines that be appreciated.
Also i have a smog check in a month so trying to do it asap.
Yes yes procrastinating much like always. Lol last second is how it is
Well here just an example on how the nipples look like.
Most of the lines are pretty bad like this

Late to the party on this, but for years belmetric.com has been my go-to for vacuum lines, especially if I'm looking for close to oem type.
They have a bunch of stuff on their site that may be of help.

When I had deteriorating rubber or plastic parts on newer MB, I used to go to Junk Yard and find equivalent from W124 who were 25-30 years old. Those would hold.
NO KIDDING.

Thanks everyone , changed my lines with some hoses from rockauto that were the same size and i got a few different sizes.
also , as i mentioned my secondary air pump stopped working , so i ordered a new one , as after hoses replacement went to install it , took out the bad not working one , decided to take it apart to find out what happened. 10 minutes later i had it assembled, and tested it , and it WORKED. Turns out it had a lot of dust and and black carbon inside i cleaned it and lubed it and saved a lil bit of money. Win win
