Surprisingly, the part number for the original pump looks the same as the AMG one.
There are some differences.
The spacing of the ribs is wider on the new pump, and the color of the metal near the connector is darker on the old pump.

Jist like I do on any forced induction mercedes. Gas pedal to the floor, while is on (for a brief moment). Worked for me since my old E Kompressor 55.
Wait until it's warmed up.
