Hey guys Cleaning my car and I find these at the bottom of the trunk, something to do with the trunk liner. I can’t make heads or tails where they go, any help would be appreciated, even a picture would be even better Thanks

Is A204 prefix a C-Class part? In a W212, it should have a "212" prefix.

Uncle google says it is spare tire panel stop.
When the same parts are used on several car models, they can have prefix number from the model that used it 1st
