Transfer Case Leaks Fluid 2012 W212

Anyone on here having the same problems with the W212 models! The transfer case is leaking oil! The transmission has no vibration and shifts are smooth! I can’t see if it's the housing itself or the front driveshaft seal has failed! The car has only 72k miles on it! Service records up to date, including tranny flush 2 years ago!

yes, my 2010 e350 had a slight leak last year at about 45K. The MB dealer resealed it.

The transfer case on the 722.9 transmissions leak from the acual rear cover not the front drive seal. They used some clear sealant that did not hold up. Once both transfer case pieces have been removed and cleaned, you need to use the Mercedes black sealant. I have done many of this.

Yeah, it seems like it has the same issue as well! Does the driveshaft locknut needs to be removed in the order the transfer case to slide out?
