E250 Bluetec: Terminate EGR, DPF, and SCR systems
contact one of tuners and see what options they have.
Same engines in Sprinter vans exceeded 600,000 miles still running strong without breaking the law.
Fact is that E250 Bluetec is rare animal in America, so if you don't DIY, you will suffer from lack of qualified service, but once again, technology for repair is easy to find and become affordable (still can't understand why DPF for sedan cost 50% more than for the same engine in Sprinter though)
Side note - my 2014 model has DPF model that can't be find anywhere. Dealer found me a rebuild substitute, but couple years ago they could not supply it.
Now we have new forum sponsor who offers new, aftermarket DPF with all certifications and warranties. He already has DPF for Sprinters and promised DPF for E250 are on their way.
Please advise- for 2014 e250BT
thx

Nox sensor on other hand has computer module and require SCN coding, when you replace whole thing.
HOWEVER. you can buy probe only for about $80 and DIY without coding.
Is probe separate part-- or PART of the Nox sensor?
What site/ do you use to buy these cheaper after market parts?/ Seems like all DPF filters are $1,000 ➕ right now
thx
