I wonder if yours was before or after mine? Did you at least get a credit? He initially wanted me to send video of the dash gauges while driving in E, A and S. I told him that was a bit ridiculous and he relented after a week or so.

I honestly told him of the small but unhelpful differences it made. I suggested he send me the AMG menu script instead of having to process a refund. He simply never responded and I didn’t follow up after that.
