2012 E200 Avantgarde Bluetooth Audio

Hi, I'm new to this forum and its my first MB. I tried to search a bit to find out how to play audio via Bluetooth but there is no option. But I see some guide to enter into engineering mode and change the option, but in my MB the menus are different than that is showing in the

. Is there any updated firmware available to flash the exiting one. Also is there any android device that can replace the existing system.

This is the Engineering menu thats in my MB

After go through ExtPlayer from main menu I can able to enable it. But it is not saving. Everytime when I come back it is OFF.

When you change the setting how do you come out from the Engineering Menu?

In my car I have to hit “RESET” for the changes to happen. Mine is a 2010 model in the U.S. and the menu is all different look though...
