M271.860 w212 E200 CGI intermittent issue
I swear i am so fed up from this car I’m gonna just drop it off a bridge, i have an issue when I’m in a traffic jam or a stop light sometimes with my foot on the brakes and the ac is on after a while the car rpm starts bouncing around and i feel a little bit of a shake, one thing i noticed during this event that the voltage drops to 12.3v while this is happening as soon as i stop the AC it disappears, keep in mind my car is equipped with that smart charging system which the car voltage is maintained at 12.6v, i already have a issue my harmonic balancer need replacement and i think my belt is too old, and my battery is near dead. My car is not equipped with an egr valve neither pcv nor maf sensors , it has only pressure sensors. Already checked sensors like the o2 etc. replaced coil packs, injectors everything you might think of. My question is could my issue be related to the harmonic balancer and old belt and a near dead battery?

Okay i think i might be getting into something, i noticed this issue appears after the car sits 3 weeks parked and the battery is drained, once i charge the battery with a trickle charger and then start the car and resume my normal routine driving there’s no issue, but if the car sits for a couple of days i have to recharge it and the issue disappears. One last thing i am using a battery of 100ah 800cca, but today i used the epc with my vin and found out that i should have installed a 60 ah battery only, could it somehow because i installed a much larger battery than needed it somehow affecting the system knowing that my car is equipped with that smart charging mechanism?
