Torque converter lock up clutch issue after renewal of electric kit

This is the third time that I've had an issue on a 212 with the torque converter lock up clutch giving me a hard jolt after having renewed the electric kit for unrelated issues.
First vehicle was a US model (350), second and last vehicle were Japanese, both with eco start stop.
I cant wrap my head around this.
Why did they all give me trouble after a new kit went in? Maybe a faulty SCN coding string?
On the first vehicle I bit the bullet and renewed the kit again and it miraculously worked, i really, really, REALLY don't want to buy another two kits for these cars now
I've performed adaption of the clutch and went through the torque ranges and did the whole procedure multiple times to no avail.
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice.
Thank you
