Active blind spot assist iniperative

Hello, i have a mercedes 2012 with actove blind spot assist. It has 2 radar sensors in the rear bumper.
i removed the bumper and the sensors to paint the bumper.
however when reinstalling the sensors i installed them incorrectly ( the plug towards the front of the car rather than the rear)
i drove the car and the system was working just fine. after about 30 minutes of driving the system went insane giving false alarms and after that it stopped working.
i took it to a mechanic who diagnosed my issue and told me to flip the sensors.
we flipped them back to correct position but the system is still not working.
we tried to clear the fault but is would reappear as soon as i turn on the car

I need your help in regard to this issue

My suggestion, perform commissioning (reset) BSA using MB diagnostics see line 6 in attachment.
