Hey,

You should be able to just find a way to push the fabric down far enough to allow the clip to unhook from the metal backplate. It's essentially just like a big hook that runs along the end of the fabric. Kinda reminds me of those plastic binders we use to use to clip A4 pages together if that makes sense?

Hope you manage to get it off and fix your rattle. Do let us know if it worked for you.
