It's $75 for a one year subscription to EPC.

https://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/subscribe.jsp

You can get a knock off copy of the EPC along with the WIS which is the dealer repair manual on eBay for about $8.50, but the EPC is older, only goes up to 2018.
