Oil found on tensioner and pulley - Spot on driveway

In April I had my indy put on a serpentine belt and thanks to MBWorld I saw a comment that said I should have replaced my tensioner and pulley(s). Yesterday my indy replaced them along with a coolant temp sensor (wrong part). There was oil on the tensioner and pulley. This morning there was a spot on my driveway, Since I purchased my MB (March 2020) I have never noticed spots on my driveway under my Benz. Looking for advice about what to do. 2013 MB E550 4M 76,848 miles. Still trying to figure out the right resolution to use when posting so please bear with me.

- Engine oil cooler sealswill leak with age. The telltale sign of a coolant seal leak is a dirty belt tensioner, as oil seepage from the cooler mists onto the tensioner and the oil attracts dirt.Depending on which model car you drive, replacing the oil cooler seal on V6 applications, it might require removal of the power steering reservoir.
Who is your mechanic in Houston, if you don't mind sharing? I'm a native Houstonian and know folks in HOU with MBs.
