I'm in the market for a used W212, E220 Bluetec SE. I've found one that I like, but I wasn't sure if the seats were real leather or 'Artico'.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've decoded the VIN - see below. I've also attached some photos - I think the VIN and photo, at least to me, suggests real leather.
But I'm far from an expert..I'm only guessing from the way the leather looks to have worn. I would imagine Artico is less likely to crease if not kept conditioned? (I'll be treating the exterior and interior to a full detail anyway - so the seats will not look overly creased afterwards, if they are real leather!)
