I own (still do) an OM642 P2 equipped 2007 W211, and purchased a 2015 M276 3.0TT W212 a couple of years ago. Even though I only drive it a week or so out of the year, I couldn't bring myself to sell the W211. Just too good of a car to sell for a few grand. However, I love my W212, it's been a great car so far. I actually think the FL W212 styling will age quite well and don't find myself wanting for anything else at this point. It's funny though, I've owned an 84 W126, a 90 W126 and now own a 87 R107, 07 W211 and 15 W212. Every time I drive one of the older models, whether it's the 07, 87 or 84 (my dad still owns one), each older version feels "more mercedes" than the last newer version I drove. After a month in the 212, a 211 feels like a 126, after a month in the 211, the 126 or 107 feel like "real" mercedes. Funny how that works...
