There is a problem in operating the car when I open the switch and the lights on the right of the dashboard are working, but the car does not start and there is not even the sound of the predecessor or the machine, knowing that the car happened by an accident and the plug was opened, so what is the reason

OK, that's a little better. If the car has been in an accident, the car often will not start again until the computers are reset. Someone with better knowledge on this can explain better.

"when you open the switch" .... um, that part has me scratching my head?
and "here is not even the sound of the predecessor or the machine" ? again, huh?
"the plug was opened" ? what plug, there's 100s or even 1000s of plugs and connectors in these cars.

I think "open the switch" means when he turns the key. All the lights on the dash come on, but the car won't even turn over.
