E350 pistons on 250

E350 pistons on 250
Hi everyone, I live in pakistan and we bought a used E 250(I4 turbo charged) last year, December 2009 model. So apparently 2 pistons of ours are missing firing, and today we are gonna get a compression test done. If there would be a fault in pistons they would have to be replaced, my question is that is it possible to buy the 350 variant in the USA, pistons and use them on my engine? I havnt found any dimensions of either of the pistons on Google and I don't see any research with the bore sizes of the V6 and I4 to be different(or anything other thing of the pistons), so in short if I buy a used E350 pistons on ebay, will it work with my engine? Reason for all this is cause luxury is very expensive here in pakistan, so it's cheaper to get parts yourself internationally.

There’s more to it than bore... I highly doubt it. If you have a ViN for your car, we can take a look in Mercedes parts catalog.
Also jumping to needing pistons is quite the leap.

Hi! No worries and false alarm, the mechanic conducted a compression test which came out perfect, all that was needed were new spark plugs and we are A-Okay, but again here pistons are a problem on the CGI in pakistan, as there's problem of proper fuel. Hence, the piston problem, anywho not needed anymore any way.
