I recently changed my W212 E220's screen display for an android 10. It still has the original NTG 4.5 display, however when I'm in the original mercedes menu, the seat options/functions are not displayed at all.
Which means I can't change the settings for my seats or activate massage at all. It seems to me that there is a wiring issue that could've happened while changing the original screen for an aftermarket one, but I fail to know which cable and where or when.
If any one has any knowledge on this topic, I'd gladly hear it.

Yes you are right it is confusing, I will correct it.
I have a single display which is android 10 screen being shown in the above picture. However through this screen I can also go the original Mercedes Menus etc which is NTG 4.5.
You know, adding a new screen that Android 10 unit is a hit and miss affair because it is aftermarket product and many are copy cat of a copy cat ...etc etc.
Meaning if you are lucky, you will get a full compatible unit or sometime not so lucky.
This very reason I avoided to buy aftermarket 10.25" display, at one stage I was tempted...very tempted.
You need to ask the vendor, because hopefully they know what is wrong in terms of compatibility.
Does not mean you retain the NTG4.5 module all will be good. Between your original NTG4.5 now there is an Android 10 based display which has its own OS.
So Android 10 and whatever XYZ Apps installed to be able to communicate with NTG4.5 module........ could be the weak link.
This is a software/Apps issue, most likely. I doubt anyone in this forum can help you.
I am only trying to explain to you what is possibly going on and where you should aim the question to, hopefully it shed some light.
