DRL LED acting weird

Car: MB W212 E300 2013, body kit E63, fenders, bumpers and front DRL LED, front headlight and DRL work opposite to each other, in daytime when headlight are off, the DRL switch on, and vise versa, in my case whenever the headlight is switched on, DRL switch off normal, but when the headlight is switched off again, the DRL will switch on as normal but a message appears in the dash (Left daytime driving lamp, Right daytime driving lamp), however they work properly but I continue to see the message on the dash.

I’m guessing the DRLs were retrofitted as the entire front-end was replaced. First thought would a coding issue... and possibly wiring issue.

True they were retrofitted to match E63 style LED, so how would the coding be, can this be done using Autel Maxysis 908, or needs MB star diagnosis?
